Hi ajaypande jdott16 is correct you must have those device specifications. I think this meets the specifications, but still no blur option on my Mac Air. This is not user friendly at all. I don't have blur and have the latest Zoom and latest MAC software update. I even restarted the program and nothing.

If you cannot turn off the green screen option for virtual background, then your computer will not be compatible with the blur background feature.
